Consistent Effort Through the Course Shannon Nawotniak demonstrated perseverance throughout the 2026 REVEL Big Cottonwood Half Marathon. Shannon consistently maintained a pace around the 13-minute mark across the distance, finishing 2,242nd overall, 1,375th among women, and 128th in the Female 45-49 division. Shannon's performance showcased some fluctuations. Her strongest mile was the opening with a time of 12:17, placing her 1,429th overall. While there was a notable variance in mile 4, where her pace was 14:12 min/mile, she adjusted and picked up speed again, recording 12:22 in mile 5. In mile 12, she faced another challenge, but completed the segment in 17:02. Continue working on maintaining an even pace, especially in the later miles. Overall, a commendable effort and one to build upon!
