Consistent Early Splits, Tough Finish Omar Lebron demonstrated a steady start in the 2026 REVEL Big Cottonwood Half Marathon. His pace improved significantly from the initial mile, clocking a swift 8:20 min/mile at mile 5. He maintained a strong mid-race pace, with mile 7 completed in 8:35 min/mile. Consistency was displayed with pacing around 9 min/mile to 9:05 min/mile from miles 8 to 9. These steady early and mid-race performances positioned Omar well, advancing him in Overall and Gender placements. In the latter stages, Omar's pace began to slow noticeably, reaching 10:22 min/mile by mile 10, with a continuing decrease in momentum, ending at 15:37 min/mile by mile 13.
