Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Nicole Glasgow completed the 2026 REVEL Big Cottonwood Half Marathon with an overall time of 2:53:02, averaging a pace of 13:12 minutes per mile. The first mile was run in 11:31, demonstrating a solid start. Notably, the third mile was her fastest split at 10:28 minutes per mile, which helped her to some degree of adjustment. Mid-race, she maintained consistent pacing around the 12-minute mile range. As the race progressed, slight increases in split times were noted. This led to slower splits around the 15-minute mark by the 11th mile. Impressively, Nicole's performance managed to see her placing 165th in her division (F 30-34) out of the 2630 participants in this event. Consistency was a hallmark of her race, and further training could focus on maintaining her third-mile pace into the later stages of the race for improved overall time.
