Consistent Progress with Notable Intervals Jeremy maintained a steady pace throughout the race, marked by a notable quickening between miles 4 and 5, where he shaved 19 seconds off his pace, achieving an 8:35 min/mile, his fastest segment. His overall pace was consistently good, averaging 9:21 min/mile over the 13.1 miles, finishing with a total time of 2:02:32. In the division M 45-49, he placed 44th, reflecting a competitive performance. His splits demonstrate effective pacing with a strong finish; mile 13 saw a significant improvement, dropping to an impressive 8:22 min/mile. Hearteningly, he improved his overall position in the latter stages of the race, particularly noticeable between miles 6 to 8 where he ranked higher in his division. Jeremy's results suggest he can leverage his consistency and strategic acceleration for even greater efficiency in future races.
