Her first mile clocked in at 8:54, securing a 9th place in the F 55-59 division initially. Notably, Elizabeth maintained consistent splits between miles 1 and 4, with each split around the 9-minute mark, showcasing strong pacing skills. Her fastest mile split occurred at mile 4 with a split pace of 8:57. As the race progressed, she gradually slowed, with her pace shifting to 10:29 min/mile by the end. From mile 8 onward, each mile exceeded a 10-minute pace, suggesting potential to improve endurance and maintain speed in later stages. Despite this, Elizabeth finished strongly, placing 33rd out of 55 in her division F 55-59. Staying consistent in early miles was commendable; enhancing late-stage endurance could help achieve an even better performance.
