Consistent Performance with Strong Finish Ella Freimuth demonstrated persistence and consistency throughout the 2026 REVEL Big Cottonwood Half Marathon. Her average pace of 10:13 min/mile was consistent with what she displayed in the initial mile at a 10:09 min/mile pace. A notable improvement occurred from miles 4 to 7, where each split showed an impressive decrease in split paces, reaching a peak with a swift 8:46 min/mile at mile 5. The latter portion of the race showed some fluctuating paces, yet Ella maintained a strategic approach. Notably, her performance in the division F 15-18 category was commendable, finishing in 26th place out of 2630 total participants. Finishing strong is essential and Ellas consistency in pacing will benefit from additional focus on maintaining quick splits throughout the race.
