Pacing Improvement and Strong Finish Glenna Pasinosky from Brighton, MA, completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with an impressive display of pacing improvement throughout the race. Beginning her 10K journey with a pace of 14:06 min/mile for the first mile, she progressively quickened her pace. Notably, by mile 5, she clocked a split pace of 13:00 min/mile, showing a great ability to maintain and increase her speed towards the latter part of the race. Her overall time was 1:24:00, with an average pace of 13:33 min/mile. Glenna's placement improved significantly as the race progressed, finishing 2849th in the overall results. Among her division, she placed 757th out of many competitors, indicating strong competitiveness in her age group. Glenna's final burst during the last few miles was an excellent demonstration of strategy.
