Consistent Improvement and a Strong Finish Amy Luong maintained a solid performance throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting with a 10:39 min/mile pace in the first mile, she progressively increased her pace to 10:21 min/mile by the second split. Despite a slower third mile at 11:42 min/mile, Amy regained her momentum, ending with a strong overall pace of 11:16 min/mile over the 6.2-mile course. By the end of the race, Amy improved her placement, finishing strong at 2065th overall at the last split. Notably, her performance in the F20-29 division showed her competitiveness, where she rose from 925th to 768th by the final mile. This demonstrates her ability to pace effectively and adapt to the race course dynamics over a substantial distance. Continuing to focus on maintaining consistent pacing throughout the race will further enhance her impressive efforts.
