Consistent Pacing with Strategic Improvements Vivian McMahon delivered a solid performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a total time of 38:20, maintaining an impressive average pace of 6:10 min/mile. Throughout the six-mile course, her splits were remarkably consistent, starting with back-to-back 6:07 min/mile for the first two miles. She slightly adjusted to a 6:17 min/mile pace by the third mile before bringing it back down to a steady 6:09 min/mile for the final mile. A minor slowdown was observed between miles two and three, increasing her split pace to 6:17 min/mile. However, she efficiently regained her pace. Vivian's strategic pacing allowed her to finish 30th overall out of 5663 participants and 19th in her division (F20-29).
