Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Sophie Argay showcased a consistent effort throughout her 10K race with steady pacing and a commendable finish. Starting with a solid 8:30 min/mile in her first mile, she progressively adjusted through her splits. Her pace slightly increased through the second and third miles, settling at a 9:24 min/mile in mile four. Notably, her final mile was considerably stronger with a pace of 9:42 min/mile, showcasing her endurance and finishing strength. Despite a gradual increase in split times, Sophie improved her overall standings in the latter part of the race, particularly in her gender and division categories. Ending with an overall time of 56:34 and an average pace of 9:07 min/mile, she excelled during the final stages by climbing in the ranks significantly.
