Consistent Pace and Strong Finish Stefani Buonopane completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a solid performance, clocking an overall time of 1:05:05. Her pace was consistently maintained at an average of 10:29 minutes per mile across the 6.2-mile course. Notably, her second mile was the fastest at 10:00 minutes per mile. Her overall strategy of maintaining an even pace is commendable, as it allowed her to hold strong positions within her division of F40-49, until the final stretch. Analyzing her splits, Stefani started with a pace of 10:22 in the first mile, managing a significant milestone by quickening her pace in the second and third miles. However, her pace slightly decreased in the final miles, culminating in a finishing pace of 10:32 minutes per mile.
