Steady Gains and Improvement in Final Splits Kristen Annunziato completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a time of 1:19:34, averaging a pace of 12:50 min/mile over the 6.2-mile course. Her performance showed notable improvement in the latter part of the race, as she steadily advanced her overall positioning. Kristens most significant gain came after mile 3; by the final split at mile 6, she ranked 2675 overall and 712 in her division. Kristens pacing strategy is worth applauding. She maintained a relatively consistent pace in the early miles but substantially improved her placements in the latter stages, especially from split 3 to split 6. The gain of nearly 1,200 spots from mile 3 to the finish demonstrates her ability to manage energy effectively throughout the race. For future races, focusing on decreasing the early mile split times can enhance her overall performance, given the strong finish shown here.
