Consistent Pace Leads to Strong Finish Zoe Dalis from Jamaica Plain, MA, demonstrated impressive pacing throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her most notable progress was seen between miles 1 and 4, where she improved her mile pace from 8:52 to 8:25. This consistent effort allowed her to place 62nd in her age division (F40-49).
