Consistent Pacing with Strong Finish Courtney held a steady pace throughout her 10K race. She showed improvement with each mile, demonstrating her endurance and strength as the race progressed. Notably, by mile 5, she had gained significant ground, moving up in overall placement compared to earlier splits. Her efforts led to a final division placement in the F30-39 category at 750. Maintaining and slightly increasing her pace toward the latter half of the race indicates excellent stamina. Keeping an eye on sustaining these splits will ensure continued progress.
