Consistency Across First Half, Room to Boost Overall Pace Susan Cannistraro maintained a commendable consistency in the early miles of the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting off with a pace of 10:45 min/mile, she improved slightly during the second mile to 10:27 min/mile, which was her fastest split. Her steady performance through the initial three miles, hovering just above 10:30 min/mile, placed her in the middle of her age division, starting from 226th to 216th position. However, the latter half saw a gradual decline in pace, with the final mile at 12:24 min/mile being the slowest. This shift affected Susan's final overall pace, bringing her to an 11:05 min/mile average. She finished 268th in her division out of a competitive field. Concentrating on pacing strategies, especially in the later miles, could help improve her overall performance in future races. Great effort and commitment displayed throughout the event.
