Consistent Progression and Strong Finish Amy Roth from East Falmouth, MA, completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with an impressive time of 50:54, maintaining a steady pace throughout the race. Her overall pace was 8:12 min/mile, with notable improvement in her times, especially in the last mile where she reached her fastest speed at 7:55 min/mile. Amy's performance was consistent with each mile reporting improvement in both pace and positioning, culminating in her finish at 461st place overall out of 5,663 participants, and 25th in the F50-59 age division. Amy started strong with an 8:32 min/mile pace in the first mile and was able to quicken her pace as she progressed through the event. Her ability to maintain and slightly increase her pace after each mile is commendable. A focal point for future races could be an even stronger start, leveraging her strength in the latter part of the race for an even better overall performance.
