Consistent Pacing with Strong Finishes Elly maintained a progressively strong pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, starting at a 9:47 min/mile and improving steadily to a final race pace of 9:18 min/mile. Each mile showed a positive trend, with her split times consistently improving, culminating in her fastest mile at 9:02 min/mile. Her ability to consistently reduce her split times demonstrates excellent pacing strategy and endurance. Elly finished the race with a total elapsed time of 57:44, showing a remarkable effort in a field of 5,663 participants. Her strongest result was finishing 20th in her division, F15-19, at the 5-mile mark. Her performance across the board reveals a runner who adapts well to competition, maintaining energy and improving pace throughout.
