A Strong Finish with Consistent Improvement Jazmine Lima maintained a solid pace in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, finishing the race in 58:08, with an average pace of 9:22 per mile. Her performance showed a consistent improvement in pace, particularly notable in the third and fourth miles with split times of 9:10 and 8:48, respectively. Although she started with a 9:33 pace in the first mile, she demonstrated outstanding endurance, gradually increasing her speed until mile four. Overall, Jazmine's pace efficiency shone through most distances despite a slight slowdown in the final mile at 10:01. Her ability to progressively quicken her pace during the central miles served her well, greatly improving her ranking as the race progressed. Specifically, moving from 1454 overall to finish at 1330. In her age division (F20-29), she finished in the middle (526 of 757), illustrating her strength and adaptability on the course. Continuing to focus on maintaining pace post-mile five could elevate future performances even further.
