Her pacing remained steady throughout, starting with an initial mile pace of 8:53 min/mile, improving to a brisk 8:36 min/mile by the final mile. Notably, her performance improved as the race progressed, moving from 822nd place overall at the first mile to an overall ranking of 759 by the finish. Encouragingly, Ala demonstrated strong endurance, significantly improving her position both overall and within her division, F40-49.
