Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Kathleen demonstrated impressive consistency in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting off strong, she covered her first mile in 7:13, and maintained a tightly packed pace throughout the race. Her second mile was her fastest split at 7:08, showcasing a slight surge that served her well. Miles 3 through 5 remained consistently in the range of 7:01 to 7:13. Her final mile was her fastest, clocking in at 6:58, indicating a strong finish and effective race strategy. Overall, Kathleen finished the 10K with an outstanding time of 43:49, averaging a pace of 7:04 per mile. She improved her standings throughout the race, moving from 160th to 119th overall, demonstrating excellent pacing and endurance. Her placement of 34th in the F30-39 division is notable.
