Consistent Effort with Notable Mid-Race Improvement McCaila Ingold-Smith completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a final time of 1:07:04 and an average pace of 10:49 min/mile. Her most notable performance was in mile 2, where she achieved her fastest split at 10:04 min/mile, improving her position to an overall 2261st place from 2488th in mile 1. Consistency was a hallmark of her race, as evidenced by her overall completion within the top half of the participantsagainst nearly 5700 runners. After a strong showing in the second mile, McCaila experienced a pace decrease, particularly in mile 4, where her pace slowed to 11:17 min/mile.
