Consistent Progression Throughout the Race Anna Lu delivered a strong performance in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, demonstrating consistent improvement with each mile. Starting with a 10:50 min/mile pace, she steadily increased her pace to 10:16 min/mile by the end of the race. Her splits show a clear progression: she maintained faster paces in each subsequent mile, with a notable increase in speed from mile five with a split time of 10:05. Anna finished the 10K with a time of 1:03:39. Her impressive division position improved steadily, finishing in 123rd place in the F50-59 division.
