Starting with a first-mile pace of 9:55 min/mile, she progressively quickened across each subsequent split. By Mile 6, her pace improved to 8:59 min/mile, showcasing a strong overall finish. Finishing with an elapsed time of 56:03, Lauryn maintained an average pace of 9:02 min/mile over the full 6.2 miles. Notably, her progress moved her from 1737th overall at the start to 1022nd by the end. Within her division F20-29, Lauryn advanced from 663rd to 403rd place. For future races, continuing to work on pacing slightly in the initial mile may yield further improvements in overall ranking. Great job!
