Consistent Performance with Early Pacing Strength Natasha Stamler maintained a steady pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her initial mile was completed at a pace of 8:17 min/mile, positioning her 478th overall. Notably, her second split showed strength with an improved pace of 8:11 min/mile, indicating effective pacing strategy in the early stages of the race. As the race progressed, her average pace settled at 8:29 min/mile, culminating in a finish time of 52:38. Observing her splits, there was a slight decrease in speed in the latter miles, specifically in miles 3 and 6, where her pace was 8:40 min/mile both times. However, she remained consistent overall, achieving a division placement of 245 out of 5663 total participants. Continuing to work on maintaining the mid-race pace more consistently could yield even stronger results in future events. Great effort representing the Community Running Association!
