Consistent Improvement Throughout the Race Catherine Nelson demonstrated impressive pacing dynamics in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her performance showed positive progression, shaving off significant seconds with each consecutive mile, exemplified in her fastest split of 9:45 min/mile between miles 4 and 5.
