Consistent Pace Across the 10K Madison completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a steady performance. Her overall time was 1:10:43, maintaining an average pace of 11:24 min/mile. Notably, her most consistent segment was from miles 5 to 6, where she improved her split pace to 11:23 min/mile from a slower mile 3 at 11:43 min/mile. Madison showed resilience and maintained a strong finish in a field of 5,663 participants. Her placement improved significantly over the course of the race from 3,224 overall at mile 3 to 2,132 by mile 6. This suggests a strategically strong second half, especially from mile 4 onward. While her pace started at 11:05 min/mile, future focus on sustaining or gradually increasing early pace could potentially enhance overall performance. Overall, consistency and her ability to finish strong are definitely commendable!
