Consistent Pacing with a Strong Finish Ana Alvarado demonstrated commendable consistency in her performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her splits show a steady and controlled pace throughout the race. Starting with a time of 10:53 for the first mile and maintaining around the 10:50 min/mile mark for the first four miles positioned her well within her division. Notably, her strongest split was the third mile at a 10:44 min/mile pace, which improved her division standing. In the latter half of the race, Ana encountered a slight pacing shift, reflected in splits of 11:41 and 11:34 for the fifth and final mile, respectively. However, she still maintained an overall average pace of 11:05 min/mile, finishing the 10K with a strong time of 1:08:46.
