Consistent Pace and Improved Splits Meghan Qualey had a commendable performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. She completed the 6.2-mile course with an overall time of 52:00, maintaining a steady pace of 8:23 min/mile. Notably, she improved her position overall and within her age group in the second and third miles, moving from 545th to 502nd overall, and from 217th to 204th in her division. Her fastest split was her second mile at 8:04 min/mile, illustrating a strong effort early on. She exhibited consistent pacing throughout the race, with all splits within a 24-second range. While she slightly lost positions overall and among her gender and division towards the end, her ability to maintain an even pace is a good foundation for future races. Improving performance in the latter half could positively influence her position rank. Great job on the consistent pace!
