Steady Performance with Strong Start Caleb Powell showcased a commendable effort at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. In a field of 5,663 participants, his overall time was 48:34, averaging a pace of 7:50 min/mile. Throughout the race, Caleb maintained a fairly consistent pace across the 10K distance. He started strong with a 7:44 min/mile for his first mile and achieved a peak split performance at mile two with a pace of 7:27 min/mile. Caleb's performance positioned him as eighth overall in the men's category and fifth in the M20-29 division. Notably, after a slower middle segment of the race, where his pace slightly increased to 8:11 min/mile, he successfully managed to return to a more consistent pace of 7:49 to 7:51 min/mile from the fourth mile onwards. Continuing to develop even pacing strategies could enhance future performances. Great work in holding steady despite the large field.
