Consistent Improvement Throughout the Race Lindsey Brooks from Boston participated in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, demonstrating consistent improvement over the 10K course. She completed the event with a time of 56:28 and an average pace of 9:06 min/mile. Lindsey showed a strong performance, particularly in the second half of the race, as her pace improved progressively with each mile. Starting with a 10:00 min/mile pace in the first mile, Lindsey consistently increased her speed, finishing the final mile at an 8:47 min/mile pace. This tactical negative split approach allowed her to advance her standing throughout the course, improving her overall position at multiple intervals.
