Consistent Effort with Strong Finish Michelle, representing "Miles with Michelle," displayed an admirable performance at the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her overall time was 53:40, with a solid average pace of 8:39 min/mile across the 6.2-mile course. Michelle started strong with her first mile timed at 8:13, securing an impressive early position in her age division (21st in the F40-49). Despite the gradual slowing in mile 2 and 3, her determination was evident as she managed her pace well throughout. Her race strategy was noticeable with a synchronized pace adjustment from mile 4 onwards, averaging around 8:44 min/mile. It was commendable how she powered through the final mile, clocking an 8:21, showing a capacity for a strong finish. In her F40-49 division, she held steady to complete the race at 115th place among a large field of runners. A focus on maintaining early pace could enhance future performances.
