Pacing Improvement through Consistent Effort Lena Nguyen demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, achieving an overall time of 1:36:37 with an average pace of 15:35 min/mile. Her performance showed strong improvement between splits two and five, notably reducing her pace from 14:45 to 14:11 min/mile by the second mile. Mid-race, Lena experienced slightly slower pacing, notably between miles three and four, but successfully closed the final mile strongly with a split time of 15:43 min/mile, suggesting an effective finish strategy. This performance placed Lena 3058th among her female peers and 816th in her F30-39 division, with significant position gains noted especially between miles 4 to 6. Continued focus on maintaining the early pace could further solidify her position in future races. Nevertheless, her ability to regain momentum in the final stretch is commendable and indicative of strong race experience.
