Consistently Improving Mile Splits Manuela Henao participated in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, covering the 6.2 miles with an overall time of 1:37:56 and an average pace of 15:47 min/mile. Notably, Manuela improved her pace from mile to mile. Starting with a pace of 15:07 min/mile in the first mile, she adjusted and finished with her fastest split in mile six, clocking a 14:50 min/mile. Her race strategy showed significant improvement, particularly after the midpoint. At mile four, her overall placement improved to 4301 from a starting position of 4385. The largest jump came between miles four and five, moving from 4301 to 3320 overall. Ending the race, she secured a placement of 3131 overall out of 5663 participants.
