Consistent Improvement with a Strong Finish Olivia Cunningham's performance in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women showcased her consistency and gradual improvement over the course. Starting with a pace of 17:40 min/mile, she steadily increased her speed, notably reaching her fastest split with a pace of 16:42 min/mile during the sixth mile. Her overall time was 1:48:08, with an average pace of 17:26 min/mile. Falling slightly behind in the fourth mile with an 18:40 min/mile split pace, Olivia managed to improve her position as the race progressed, ultimately finishing 3285th overall in the final mile. Incorporating more steady pacing strategies in future races may help to refine performance. Well done finishing strong, especially in the company of the Sole Sisters Not Blisters team!
