She started strong with an 8:14 pace in the first mile, showcasing good initial energy. In the second mile, she picked up speed significantly, achieving her fastest pace at 7:48 min/mile. Her pacing throughout the race showed consistency, and her finishing split at a pace of 8:28 min/mile reflects her effort to maintain a steady rhythm. Jiaying managed to substantially improve her overall placement by moving up 94 places between miles five and six, showing an impressive competitive spirit towards the end. For future races, aiming to maintain the mid-race speed throughout could further enhance her overall performance.
