Consistent Improvement and Strong Finish Katherine Bishop showed a marked improvement throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Starting with a 10:03 min/mile pace, she progressively improved her speed each mile. By mile 5, she reached an impressive split pace of 8:55 min/mile, indicating she effectively managed her energy and pace strategy. Finishing with an overall time of 57:52 and an overall pace of 9:20 min/mile, Katherine placed 512th in her division, F20-29, out of over 5600 participants. Her performance was a great representation of steady pacing, particularly commendable was her ability to improve position, moving from 1815 in the first mile to 1250 by the end. Consider maintaining this excellent gradual acceleration strategy in future endeavors. Great job staying strong through each mile, particularly in the second half of the race.
