Consistent Pacing with Strong Finish Lu Neuse participated in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, completing the event with an overall time of 1:10:30 and an average pace of 11:22 minutes per mile. Consistency was a hallmark of her performance, as shown by her steady pacing throughout the race. Starting with a comfortable pace of 11:18 for the first mile, she managed to improve slightly at mile two with a 11:03 pace. Even with a temporary decrease in pace during mile four, she regained speed in mile five with an impressive split of 10:56. In the final part of her race, Lu maintained her overall pace, wrapping up the 6.2-mile event with a final split of 11:26. Despite the ups and downs in pace, her strongest performance arrived at mile five, indicating potential for further improvement in her overall strategy.
