Consistent Start with Strong Finish Kendyl Cardwell executed a steady performance in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her initial mile was her fastest at a 6:25 pace, starting strong and ranking 18th both overall and in her division. As the race progressed, her split times showed slight incremental slowing, with her third mile being the slowest at 6:51. Despite this, Kendyl managed to maintain consistency, finishing the race with an average pace of 6:44 per mile. In terms of overall performance in her division (F20-29), Kendyl placed 45th, navigating through a field of 5663 participants. The most noteworthy improvement came in the latter half of the race where Kendyl made a significant push, climbing from 71st to 61st by the final mile. Focusing on maintaining a more consistent pace through the mid-section of her races could further enhance her future performances. Great effort in maintaining a strong finish!
