Consistent Effort Despite Steady Pace Haley McDougal completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a total time of 1:26:02, covering a distance of 6.2 miles. Her overall pace was 13:52 min/mile, staying consistent throughout the event. The initial 1-mile split was her fastest at 12:39 min/mile, but there was a gradual slowing in subsequent splits with a final pace of 14:12 min/mile in the last mile. Notably, Haley demonstrated an ability to recover positioning from a low point at the 3-mile marker to improve her standing by 1,244 places overall by the 5-mile marker.
