Consistent Improvement Throughout the Race Nicole Guadagno demonstrated her ability to pace effectively during the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. She completed the 10K in 1:10:43 with an average pace of 11:24 min/mile. Significantly, Nicole's split times improved progressively, starting at 12:46 for the first mile and dropping to 11:09 by the last mile. Her overall rank was 3233 out of 5663 participants, and she finished 1191st in the F20-29 division. Her race performance revealed consistent gains, particularly from mile 1 to mile 4. During this stretch, she improved from a 12:46 min/mile to an impressive 11:07 min/mile. By maintaining a steady descent in split times, Nicole succeeded in elevating her overall position in her division.
