Consistent Improvement Throughout the Race Qing Lu from Sharon, MA, participated in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, representing the Girls on the Run Greater Boston team. Qing completed the 10K race in 1:13:51, maintaining an overall pace of 11:54 min/mile. Her performance displayed steady improvement with each mile, evident from split times that gradually decreased. The final mile showcased her strongest split time at 11:44 per mile. The race's overall results indicate a consistent effort, improving her position significantly from the initial split to the finish. Starting with an initial pace of 12:09 min/mile, she improved consistently, lowering her pace to 11:33 min/mile by the fifth mile. Her finishing position of 356th in her division (F50-59) out of the total participants highlights a solid effort.
