Consistent Pace and Strong Finish Lucia maintained an impressively consistent pace throughout the 10K race, recording an overall elapsed time of 39:19 with an average pace of 6:20 min/mile. She showed strong performance especially in the initial mile with a time of 6:16, which she sustained for the first two miles exactly. Her strategic pacing allowed her to maintain a solid and constant effort throughout the race. Notably, her final mile was completed in 6:28, demonstrating her ability to maintain composure and finish strongly. Lucia moved up in overall positioning during the latter part of the race, breaking into the top 30 overall in her final stretch. For future races, focusing on maintaining that speed in the middle miles might help maintain momentum. Overall, this was a commendable display of consistency and endurance.
