Consistent Pace and Strategic Racing Lead to Strong Finish Sarah Innes-Gold completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with an impressive total time of 43:13. She maintained a consistent pace throughout, averaging 6:58 minutes per mile. Starting strong, her first mile was clocked at 6:53, and she managed to keep her pace steady with slight variations during the race. By the end of the 6.2-mile course, her position improved significantly, particularly noticeable between miles 3 and 6 where she moved from 107th to 80th overall, reflecting her strategic and consistent pacing. Sarah's performance improved as the race progressed, demonstrating her ability to maintain endurance and speed. Her consistent pacing resulted in a solid 20th place finish in her F30-39 division, among a total of 5663 participants. Maintaining an average pace below seven minutes per mile is commendable.
