Consistent Progress and Strong Finish Nora maintained a consistent pace in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, showcasing steady splits throughout the race. Starting with a pace of 9:45 min/mile, she slightly improved as the race progressed, with a significant boost in the final mile with a split pace of 9:20 min/mile. Her overall elapsed time was 59:33, resulting in an average pace of 9:36 min/mile over the 10K distance. Her placement improved notably during the race, especially in the latter stages. In the division for F50-59, she went from 129th in the third mile to finishing 72nd by the end of the race. This upward trajectory in positioning reflects her capability to finish strong despite the earlier fluctuations.
