Consistent Pace with Sprint Splits Tracey Summerhayes from Belmont, MA, completed the 2025 Boston 10K for Women with a finish time of 1:15:42. Her average pace was 12:12 min/mile over the 6.2 mile course. Notably, Tracey started strong with an 11:02 min/mile in her first mile, placing 77th in her F50-59 division. Her splits highlight a consistent pacing strategy, ending with her strongest cumulative division placement at mile 6 with the 258th spot. Although her pace gradually slowed, Tracey maintained consistency, with her split times varying between 11:02 and 13:02 minutes. Despite a drop in overall placement over the race, she managed to regain her standing, finishing ahead of 1,937 participants.
