Consistent Pacing with Strong Finish Lisa Martino from Chestnut Hill, MA, demonstrated a consistent performance throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, achieving an overall race time of 1:11:50. Her average pace was an encouraging 11:35 min/mile over the 6.2 miles, showing strong endurance. Notably, her best split was the second mile at 10:50 min/mile, particularly impressive as it showed improvement after the initial mile. Transitioning from mile 1 to mile 3, her steady split times ranged between 11:06 to 11:32 min/mile. Although there was a slight deceleration in mile 6 with a pace of 12:52 min/mile, Lisa maintained position in her division, ultimately placing 325th in the F50-59 category. The progression through the ranks was excellent, moving up steadily in division placement from 280 to 224. Strengthening pace endurance for the final mile can further enhance her performance in future races. Overall, she represented Healthworks commendably.
