Consistent Effort with a Strong Finish Tracy executed a steady performance in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, showcasing excellent pacing strategies. Starting with a promising pace of 12:23 min/mile in the first mile, she maintained a consistent pace, recording a split time of 12:19 in the second mile. Though the pace dipped slightly by the third mile with 13:50, Tracy displayed impressive resilience in the latter parts of the race. Notably, Tracy's fastest split was recorded at miles 1 and 5, both at 12:23 min/mile, demonstrating her ability to push through fatigue and sustain pressure. Finishing with an overall time of 1:20:04 and an average pace of 12:54 min/mile, she concluded successfully in the top half of her age group, placing 401st in F50-59. For future races, she could benefit from strategies to maintain or even increase pace consistency in the middle segment of the race. Great job representing Healthworks, Tracy!
