Consistent Pace with a Strong Finish Lan Ho maintained a consistent pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, starting with an opening mile of 8:26 min/mile. The first three miles were particularly steady, with Mile 1 at 8:26, Mile 2 clocking in at 8:35, and Mile 3 at 8:59 min/mile. Slightly slower times were recorded between Miles 4 and 5, with paces of 9:10 and 9:19 min/mile respectively, but a strong finish pushed the overall pace to 8:56 min/mile.
