Consistent Progress with Notable Finish Iwona Boruch maintained a steady pace in the 2025 Boston 10K for Women. Her splits showed consistency, starting with an 11:57 pace for the first mile and gradually increased with each subsequent mile. Notably, she completed the 5th mile with the best improvement at 14:37, elevating her position significantly in the overall, gender, and division rankings. Her finish at 1:25:07 and a pace of 13:43/mile is commendable for the Greater Springfield Harriers team. While her initial pace was strong, she experienced a slight slowdown towards the end, concluding the race 424th in her age division and 4178th overall among 5663 participants. Iwona's performance shows her capability to maintain endurance. For future races, working on sustaining the initial pace throughout could improve overall performance.
