Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Nina Tansey maintained a consistent pace throughout the 2025 Boston 10K for Women, finishing with an overall time of 1:04:31 and an average pace of 10:24 min/mile. She showed impressive stamina by keeping her splits closely aligned. With a slight acceleration in the final mile, she clocked her fastest mile at 9:48 min/mile, improving her positioning significantly, especially in her F20-29 division. From the outset, Nina's splits varied modestly, from 10:37 min/mile in the first mile to progressively faster splits. Her final push reflects her ability to reserve energy for a strong finish. Competing against 5,663 participants, Nina achieved a commendable result, particularly shining within her age division.
